In her interview, she expressed heartfelt joy in witnessing the evolution of JBWC:

“I am very happy to be part of Jos Business Women Connect this year. I was here last year, and to the glory of God, we are here again. Plateau women are hardworking, resilient women. They are not women that depend on their men.”

She highlighted the administration’s continuous message of Women Economic Empowerment (WEE), stressing that financial independence strengthens both women and the home front:

“If you are doing something, if you are independent, your husband will respect you and be proud of you. That is what we have been preaching to Plateau women.”

She further noted that this year’s edition showed remarkable improvements in organization, visibility, and vendor connections compared to 2023.

“I see a lot of improvement. More people are out this year. And I pray that 2026 will be even better.”

Reaffirming government support, she added:

“We supported JBWC last year, we supported them this year, and we will continue supporting them throughout His Excellency’s 8-year tenure. Plateau women, come out and do something the government is ready to support you.”
